Was playing Minecraft when the hotfix was released. Since logging off and trying to log back in today it seems I am now having the storage issue despite not having it before. I am unable to access either of my 3 world's none of which are very large. This may be a completely different storage issue but but this hotfix has caused this new error. I'm on Xbox One and have attached an image of the error I am recieving.
The error in full is as follows -You are almost out of data storage space! Minecraft has restricted access to this feature until you clear up additional storage space.

I also experienced this earlier and I'm on Android. I can't access my world due to this dialog, though I still have very large space in my phone's storage.
Thank you for your report!

Same exact problem. I'm on XboxOneX. I've deleted all world's best except my main creative that I've had since 2012 ( it's only 265 mb ). This is so frustrating. I lost a prior save after getting an error saying "world didn't fully sync or may have been corrupted". I can't make a copy of my main creative to keep as a back up OR even play it because of the "You are almost out of storage space! Minecraft has restricted access until you clear up additional storage space" error. I see a lot of players across multiple platforms with this same issue but I see very few resolutions. Can you please address this? I do not want to lose an 8 year old creative world because of a widely reported bug that's not being addressed. Is there a way to save it to usb storage on Xbox OneX? Is there anything I can do to preserve or copy the save for safe keeping?
We have exactly the same issue. Plenty of space, but even after deleting worlds and add-ons, the message still appears on my daughter’s account and my son’s account. It's really frustrating after spending quite a lot of time and money on Minecraft for my children.
