After taking some water with a bucket on deep waters the water source that was taken doesn't reappear, this happens every time being at survival or at creative. Doesn't happens when there is a block below the water.

This has been the way it works ever since I've played MCPE. I just learned not to take water from deep sources, or to place dirt until the water fills in the void. It would be nice if the water filled in the source block in deep areas, but I don't think this qualifies as a bug per say... A great suggestion though!
