No In-game or UI sound effects for Bedrock PC edition (NOT DUPLICATE)

This is not a duplicate as there is a volume slider in the volume mixer, and text-to-speech DOES work. This issue is most likely to the global resources or audio playback format.
I tried to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, and checked if the issue was resolved. NO EFFECT

I typed Troubleshooting in the search box next to Start button, and press Enter. NO EFFECT

I clicked on View all from left side panel of the screen. NO EFFECT

I selected Hardware and Devices, clicked on Advanced options, and checked Apply repairs automatically option. NO EFFECT

I ran Playing audio troubleshooter, and checked if the issue is resolved. NO EFFECT

I typed Troubleshooting in the search box next to Start button, and pressed Enter. NO EFFECT

I selected Playing Audio, * click on *Advanced option, and check Apply repairs automatically option. NO EFFECT

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling sound card driver, and checking if the issue is resolved. NO EFFECT

I tried installing Windows Media Player 12 (some say it can be that Minecraft needs the sound codecs that are included in WMP12) NO EFFECT

I tried installing Media Pack Feature for windows 10. NO EFFECT

After following all the steps, I tried to reboot my computer as well to see if it still does not work. NO EFFECT

Updated every driver (including audio drivers) to the newest possible with device manager. NO EFFECT

I tried running the game with "Exclusive Mode" checked and unchecked in audio properties + maximizing game volume from Windows audio setting + tried to see if its not muted and unmute it and followed every instruction for audio configuration NO EFFECT

Tried the game in stereo and surround sound. NO EFFECT

I cleaned registry and checked all possible ways to mute the game with other programs. NO EFFECT

Again, this is NOT a duplicate as the other people who have issues don't have a volume slider or text-to-speech working in the game, I am just missing all other sounds, even with default or custom resource packs.
