[MCPE-70174] MCPE Add-ons 1.16.0.57

Custom blocks are not working in the new version, and since some beta versions, custom blocks do not appear in the inventory, the same goes for custom items

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-64487 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
