On Xbox One, combat is weak than Windows 10, players on Windows 10 with any weapon deal more damage than on Xbox One.

You can reproduce this by joining a Xbox one world, with windows 10 players, get for example, a diamond sword, you'll notice that it deals less damage than windows 10.
