I can play multiplayer for a solid 5 minutes before the game disconnects me with a message that reads "disconnected from server". When i'm taken back to the main menu, the words disappear and I either have to wait 5 minutes on the menu, or restart the game completely. These issues are shown here;

I think it’s possible that this issue has something to do specifically with PS4 cross platform, considering that that is the main platform my friends play, while i play cross platform. Its good to know i’m not the only one. I’ve never experienced that skin bug before, so it could be separate. The main bug that i addressed I have also experienced on pocket edition, almost the same as the Windows 10 disconnections. Starting to think it might have something to do with my microsoft account.
No response from anyone on the support team? I reported this a month ago, and again, its very frustrating.

I am also having this issue while cross-playing between PS4 and Windows 10. My friend’s Microsoft account continually disconnects when we’re trying to play, and my game on PS4 is having the exact same issues as yours- I can play for somewhere between 10 seconds to 5 minutes and then POOF! I’m disconnected for no reason. I’ve checked my internet connection and it should have no problem handling multiplayer games. I am also getting a bug where my saved skins disappear, but I suppose that’s a separate issue. Anyways, you’re not the only one!
