steps to reproduce
start a world on windows 10, with minecraft 1.14.60
let a friend from iOS connect to your world -> OK
let a friend from PS4 also using 1.14.60 connect to your world -> NOT OK
Another way:
create a world on PS4 (using minecraft 1.14.60)
try to connect using windows 10 or iOS can't connect
