Villagers will not breed, no matter how much food i give them. There are more than enough beds and i have tried with multiple villagers in multiple different areas. I am playing on a beta server. None of the other players on the server can breed villagers either.

Yes, but I believe this issue was fixed in the new beta. My villagers are now sleeping and breeding once again.

Probably you experienced MCPE-49580 and restarting the server for the update cleared the POI cache so villagers could find new beds.
Are they picking up the food and sharing it with each other?
