I me and a friend both play on Kindle Fire and sometimes experience a glitch where we switch our custom skins (made with third party skin creator) on server side (we both see it) when playing
example: we are doing a build battle on our private server when suddenly, he has my custom skin and I have his custom skin, we both see the switch and if one of us exit, we still experience this glitch until we both restart Minecraft.
This is a similar bug to MCPE-70953 and it only happens when i am playing with 1 other player with a custom third party skin and we both are on 1.14.60 or a previous version after 1.9.
