Glitch and Bug ( 2 in 1 )

I was mining at the time under a mountain, so I logged off, then logged back on the same map and spawned on top of the mountain I was under the first time I played that map. Also a bug o/ glitch, When placed a door on snow it will not place door (wooden) then would not give back door either
