[MCPE-71239] Outdated skeletons

Skeletons do not charge up their bow at all before shooting you.

They also don't make a sound which makes it more dangerous

Seriously, this have not been resolved since beta 0.17.0 of bedrock edition when the 1.9 features came to bedrock
