So I think this issue is being worked on so all of the blocks are dark when I turn on ray tracing. Sorry I'm a bit new too all of this stuff.

Ok I found a fix to the black texture glitch. You want to go to https://www.geforce.com/drivers and download the "Automatic Driver Updates" and then wait for your stuff to stop being downloaded and then open minecraft and it works now!
