While upgrading my villagers, I can't level them up to any level above level 2. They still can be upgraded from level one to level two. I tried to upgrade other higher level villagers but they also can't be leveled up(I not really good at English, hope you understand)

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
