Striders riding other entities are not cold

If a strider is riding another entity, such as being in a boat or a baby strider riding an adult, it will not shake or turn purple.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a boat outside lava

2. Spawn a strider in the boat

Observed Results:
The strider does not turn purple or shake.

Expected Results:
The strider should turn purple and shake.
