Hi,
So about 2 months ago, I purchased Minecraft on the PlayStation 4. When I start a world, people are able to join my world. However, when attempting to join their world, it will stay stuck on "locating server" on my screen. My friends would say that I'm in their game however on my screen it still shows that the game is trying to find a server. I've seen multiple people report this issue and none of them have been resolved. I saw one report that got supposedly "resolved" but the admin closed the report and said they weren't taking any more bug reports for the minecraft console edition and that any new issues should be reported under bedrock. I don't understand why I spent $20 to not even be able to play the game properly. Please respond asap, if it's possible for either a fix or refund of the game because if it cannot be fixed then there's no point me having the game if I cannot play it properly.
