[MCPE-71482] When Soul Soil is placed in the overworld, it does not render it as soul fire. Instead it's just regular fire.

I brought some Soul Soil from the nether, and in hope to bring Soul Fire's Blue flame into the house, but instead gave me Red flames. 😞
