Randomly, after reeling in an item with the fishing rod, it will automatically re-cast the line. When this happens, it seems that fish/items which respond to the line are less likely to be caught than if the line is cast normally.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
