[MCPE-71695] Ghost Blocks appears while breaking blocks

I had encountered blocks that cannot be seen & can be walk through but you will suffocate. This mostly happens in multiplayer when breaking blocks really fast. This doesn't happen when you slow down breaking or mining blocks wich is annoying. You can die from suffocation because of this.
