A snow biome villager spawned in my plains village with only plains villager. There is no snow biome nearby. (savanna and desert are close to the plains village).

It's not bad because all the The villagers are doing the same thing, And you can Collect villagers from The areas and create collection of villagers. If You didn't like any advice lock him Somewhere isolated from the rest of the villagers and use Blocktopograph to change his attire.
Search in youtube how to Change the trades of the villager with Blocktopograph. After you find his ID Search for "MarkVariant" and change the number there to 0
