If a mine cart is broken off a piece of rail next to a Nether Portal, and the mine cart flies into the portal, it just disappears.

i have this same problem on my android device even though my minecart rail was a block or two away from the nether portal
So I have a sugarcane farm and a creeper farm and they both use hopper mine carts in between the farms there is a nether portal and when I am afk over night and I come back the hoper minecarts are gone this problem has cost me over 2 stacks of iron so far this problem needs to be solved
