Forced into Beta and can not acces non beta minecraft

Whenever I log into windows 10 of minecraft it automatically links me to the beta. I am not subscribed to the beta, and have uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft over 8 times now. Nothing I do seems to resolve this issue, and I am unable to play with friends or anyone else due to this issue.

There's a workaround to this issue. Once you have unenrolled yourself from the beta, uninstall Minecraft then reinstall it so that you can play version 1.14 and not the 1.16. Your beta worlds may be lost in the process, so download these worlds and upload them to non-beta Minecraft!

I never enrolled in the beta. It just jumped me into it sadly. I then proceeded to uninstall Minecraft and reinstalling it to no avail. I even attempted to enroll in the beta, unenrolled then again uninstalled and reinstalled Minecrat. Nothing has changed sadly
