[MCPE-72932] Health is not regenerating (full food)

Health is not regenerating. I tryed all, setting peaceful mode, creative mode, dying, restarting, etc

I have the exact same problem. I even tried instant health potions but it does still not regenerate afterwards. Not even eating and peaceful helps

In the world options, do you have "Natural Regeneration" turned on?
