In the last update of the nether update 1.16.0.57 the recipes of the crimson and warped planks turning into wood related recipes except tools. This was a problem for me when I was surviving in the nether without starting in the overworld. Because of that I had to give myself a pickaxe. Another thing is the Chain recipe is not added yet. If I find more missing recipes I will let you know.
