Honey block is not created but consumes the honey

Hello,when i try to create honey blocks,they domt get created.but it consumes the consumes the honey bottles(not the bottles,just the honey) they dont work.and if i try it again.it messes with the entire system.like when you craft something,it just clones itself(like when you creat a slab,i get the slab but the planks are still there) and also when i craft something it throws it to the ground.please fix it as soon as possible.
