[MCPE-73319] Exiting Out of the Game on Top of a Pressure Plate Teleports You

I logged out on top of a stone pressure plate. When I logged back in, I got teleported into a void and immediately died (lost tools that took me hours to get).

I tried to recreate the scene and it teleported me into random locations.
