Peaceful pillager doesn't seem in bedrock.Bedrock really needs a Peaceful pillager that pillager can break their crossbow in bedrock pillager can't break their crossbow.

You need to use the command: /summon pillager ~ ~ ~ minecraft:spawn_passive
It's the only way to do it.
