When standing on a wither rose, no harm comes to the player. It is like walking through any other flower.

However, unfortunately this report is Incomplete and has been closed.
It does not contain enough information and as such, we've unable to understand or reproduce the bug. I tried loading up a world on Windows 10 and iOS and walked into wither roses and in both cases I was affected. You will need to augment a future report with instructions on exactly how to reproduce the issue if it requires specific steps/old worlds etc.
Please have a read through the Guide on creating bug reports and make sure to include enough information so that a volunteer can easily reproduce the bug you describe.
