Consider the TNT setup attached.
Upon activating this, in creative, while you're in the water, the TNT explodes and you get shot into the sky.
In survival however, the TNT explodes and you go nowhere. Same if a mob is placed there (survival or creative), they don't go anywhere.
In Java however,Β the same exact setup launches the player in both survival and creative, same for mobs.

As per suggestions by the previous comment, I tried to launch other objects. Minecarts are launched, as are any mobs/players in the cart (be it creative or survival mode).Β
An observation I made while being launched in a cart: Note the 4 corners in the shape I built. The height you get launched varies, depending on which corner you are close to, with the North West launching to the highest altitude, and the South East launching to the lowest. This might be related to the South-East rule (https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/South-east_rule), but regardless, the main point of this bug is that players are not launched in survival, and neither are mobs.

This bug could be bad news for those trying to create TNT powered arrow launchers in the bedrock edition of Minecraft. I suggest testing which entities are affected by this. Projectiles, items, minecarts, etc. may behave differently than mobs with this setup.
