when i try to use an emoji my minecraft closes

Where are you trying to use emoji? In a world name, in chat etc. Are you using an emoji from a mobile keyboard or copying it from a website? Your bug mentions you are on Windows 10 Mobile but also that you are on the BETA (I don't believe the former supports the latter but could be completely wrong).

Please have a read through the Guide on creating bug reports and make sure to include enough information so that a volunteer can easily reproduce the bug you describe.
