Blue fungus grows naturaly in red nylium with bonemeal

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. 1. Place warped\crimson nylium

  2. 2. Bonemeal the Nylium (may require multiple attempts)

Expected Results
Only fungus from the bonemealed block type

Actual Results
Fungus from the opposite nylium generates

I'm not able to reproduce this, can you please add reproduction steps and/or screenshots and video.

Now i placed a screenshot in this strange bug πŸ™‚

You click the red nylium with bonemeal in your hand and randomly the blue fungus grows πŸ™‚

So i added an explicit vΓ­deo .

This is supposed to happen as far as I've read, just rarely.

Yep, apologies I misinterpreted it.

I've reproduced this on both Java and Bedrock so its likely this is intended, will see if I can find an official source.

This is intentional. The java bug report is resolved as works as intended. MC-182102

Thats the correct way of fungus to generate. Wiki article :Β "Applying bone meal to nylium causes fungi to appear nearby, similar to flowers on grass blocks. While fungi of both types do generate this way, they are more likely to be the same type as the nylium."^^
