[MCPE-74011] unable to connect the world

me and my friend (my friend is on ps4 im on win 10 edition) cant play together he has everything set up (ps plus microsoft privacy settings) i do too and when i play he see me playing but when he tries to connect it writes unable to connetct the world same thing with me. he cant even see me playing on my realm

I apologize, but even in 1.10.0 the same problem with the connection ...
I tried other released versions and same problem
