Cauldrons with lava inside, won't make a burning sound when items are thrown into it

When items are put in lava, they make a slight hiss sound before burning. However, in cauldrons, items will burn but they will not make a hiss sound.

Now considered a parity issue due to said Java bug (MC-204969) is now fixed.
