Mobs in the nether spawn in over abundance on normal difficulty such as 20 enderman all near you in a warped forest or 20 skeletons in the soul sand valley. I feel like this is because of the new despawn mechanics, the range is way too short and things despawn before they even hit the render distance which contributes to the over abundance of mobs
