In java you will see a lot of mobs in groups or mobs spawning more frequently around you, while in bedrock not a lot of mobs spawn around you and don’t often spawn in large groups.

Pack spawns in Bedrock are not as obvious because several mobs spawn on the exact same spot at once.
You have marked both the current release version and the current beta version on this ticket, but spawning and despawning rules have been changed significantly in recent beta versions. I am going to remove the beta version from this ticket and have it resolved as a duplicate of MCPE-21856.
If you believe there is a problem with spawning in the current beta, you may make a new ticket, but it will need a lot more detail than this one to be confirmed, such as mathematical details on your tests and precise steps to reproduce.
