Whenever i try and play on servers it says i cannot join cross-platform games without both a Microsoft and Nintendo switch account. However i am already signed into both accounts. How do i fix this problem?

Hello,

Steps to reproduce:

1. We're connected to the Nintendo account

2. launch Minecraft

3. connect to the Microsoft account from the main screen

4. click on play and go to Servers (which has a 7 on them)

Observed results:

We get the error message described in the previous post.

Expected result:

We should be able to connect to a server.

What can we do?
