[MCPE-757] Player with head stuck in tree gets x-ray vision.

If you get on top of a sapling or close to it and hit it with bone meal, it opens up a hole in the game, it can even kill you some times. It can be recreated. In the images below you can see my mine running under me.

Related to (duplicate of?) MCPE-102. I never noticed the x-ray vision though, just suffocation. That looks useful...

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
