[MCPE-75755] Cant Buy a Template and it Doesn't Work

I tried to buy a template and download for the marketplace on minecraft bedrock edition and I spent $6 on the pack. Then after I bought it wont let me play and it wont download! Is this a big or is Mojang trying to steal my money?

? Also all of my older packs and templates got deleted and my skins wont load for some reason. I'm convinced that Mojang is taking my templates for some reason. Finally how do you fix this?

Yes, same here, this just happened to me and a friend. We bought the lucky skyblock mega template, it took my minecoins but tried to go into it afterward and it was still locked.
