[MCPE-758] bedrock and ice blocks aren't in creative inventory

What I expected to happen was that:
creative mode would have blocks of ice and bedrock, I think it would be a good idea

This couldn't possibly be a bug. for as long as I have played the pocket edition, you cannot get these items.

In the PC version, you have EVERY block and item in creative.
In pocket Edition, you have a few tools, a few spawn eggs, lots of blocks. No dyes and no items. No access to chests.
