Purchased templates and skins are gone

All of the world templates and skin packs I purchased are gone, as if I never bought them. I have a word with one of the furniture packs. They are completely gone. My sister also has the same problem with her purchased items. We didn't notice it till today when we were going to play in our world. I noticed in our storage, there is a miscellaneous thing. I deleted it and saw it completely deleted the locked templates from my storage. I tried figuring out but even I don't know what to do. Help!
