Online store purchases inaccessible from account

My account is not allowing me to access previously purchased content, including but not limited to worlds, skin packs, and mash-up packs. Worlds that are viewable on my acessible worlds menu display a "lock" symbol and promt me to re-purchase them from the store. Unspent Minecoins are still useable. I've messaged two of my friends and they, too have been experiencing this problem.
