Piglins does not equip shields,elytras, mob heads, and turtle shells when it is throw to them

Verification Builds:
1.16.0.59

Summary:
Piglins can't equip shields(elytra, mob heads, and turtle shells) when it is thrown to them. In Java, piglins can correctly equip elytra, shields, mob heads, and turtle shells when it is thrown to them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find some piglins.

2. throw shields at them.

Observed Results:
When you throw shields piglins will not equip shields.

Expected Results:
When you throw shields piglins should equip shields correctly.
