I bought minecraft for windows 10 a month ago, played it quietly, then went to play in the beta version through the insider, when I got tired and went out of the beta I couldn't get it at all, I followed all the insider's procedures, uninstalled mine until prompt, then of several failed attempts I decided to contact microsoft support, he was unable to solve it and after about 3 calls I went to advanced support, he made remote access and everything he did was of no use, protocol: 1500315499
