[MCPE-76398] Messed up after unlock android

Summary:

This minecraft screen messed up when lock a screen and unlock.

Step to reproduce:

Open the minecraft app
Lock device on vertical
Unlock device on vertical and see mess minecraft screen

Observed results:

This Minecraft screen was messed up and vertical layers was debugged. Only when locking screen and reunlock again.

Unable to repro on Windows 10. Possibly Android specific although Step 3 confused me a little.

Able to reproduce on an Xperia Z5 from 2015 (app crashes after a few seconds, i'm blaming the phone), and a Samsung A7 (2018) (app returns to normal very quickly).
