[MCPE-76969] Can't get 1.14 back

I tried to get on beta by doing a YouTube tutorial and it got me on but I can't get off now. Please help me and my dad

I fixed the problem you have to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then uninstall Minecraft then reinstall it
