I am having the same issue.
They stopped growing recently. They don't even grow with bone meal.
I am running the latest snapshot as up 5/9/2020 20w19a
@unknown, your issue is covered in MC-179909.
Please make sure you're doing it correctly. Dark Oak trees require 4 saplings placed in a 2x2 pattern in order to grow.
