Hello there, I'm here to report a bug that me and countless other players have been experiencing lately.

So there is this VERY annoying glitch when you are playing multiplayer or online. Your Minecraft skin will change to your friend's or some random person's skin. This usually happens when a person joins a friend's world or online server. When a player tries to change their skin back to normal, it causes the other players skins to switch to the same one, thus making it difficult for anyone to use their own skin. (Please note that this glitch happens to players with custom skins) Teleportation may also cause the skin switch. I hope this issue can be fixed as soon as possible.
