[MCPE-77046] Alex skin is the only skin that works when offline

When I am offline (my house doesn’t have WiFi so I am offline very often, I only get online with my phone’s hotspot occasionally), the only skin that works is Alex. Steve skin doesn’t work and when I try to change my skin all the skins say that they are loading. This has been happening for previous versions of the game/console.
