Lava, flames, water, nether portal and many other things don't display their animations

Lava, flames, water, nether portal don't display their animations.

Also When i kill any mob/animal with sword with fire aspect enchantment to it they don't display flames animations as well, the flames animation is stuck and not working even after PC restart and resetting game config from the apps and features section.
