it started where the baby villagers would sleep and when they grew up they would not work during the day or sleep at night now the baby villagers wont sleep either

Reopening to resolve as a duplicate of MCPE-98361, which it fits better. The other ticket, MCPE-49580, would prevent breeding, but not sleeping.
