Every time I go though a nether portal I get stuck on building terrain page and can't get off I have to restart but puts me back in the nether and I can't get out now

Every time I go Through a portal in my normal world (not realms) I get stuck on the building terrain page and I remain there for hours on end... and now stuck in the nether please fix this issue
